Reverb Channel Settings

You can set up which data you would like to update, and how data should be updated to your Reverb store.

Channel Name

The channel name field shows the name of your sale channel internally on Litcommerce. and can be changed anytime you want.

Connection

This section shows the basic information of the Reverb account connected, which are: Username of your connected Reverb account, and the Status which shows the connection status of the channel on LitCommerce.

Pricing

Price Sync: If this option is enabled, the price will be synced and updated automatically and continuously from mainstore products to the linked listings on your Reverb channel, based on the Price Rules set below it.

Use Sale Price: By default, LitCommerce uses the compare-at price (if available) for price synchronization. If this option is enabled, we will use price for price synchronization.

Price Rules: You can set price sync rules to this specific Reverb channel without affecting other channels' price level. The price on your Reverb account will be calculated and synced to your Reverb store based on the price rules setup. You can choose to increase, or decrease the product price level by a fixed amount or a percentage, and round up or down the final price.

Please note that the price sync will only update the numeral data from the mainstore to Reverb, not the currency unit. Please set up your currency unit in your Reverb seller central account.
Apply to product conditions: This option will allow you to choose specific product conditions to apply the syncing rule above. You can choose more than one product condition. If no value is chosen, the price sync rule will be applied to all products.
*The Price rule will be overridden in a listing if you are using a Price sync template for that specific listing.
Please find more details about Price Rules here

Inventory

This section allows you to enable syncing and updating the Stock number automatically and continuously from mainstore products to the linked listings on your Reverb channel, based on the Inventory Rules set below it.

Inventory Sync: Inventory of the listings on your Reverb site will only be updated automatically from the mainstore if you enable this option.

Keep the product active: a listing on Reverb will be ended/deactivated if the linked product status on mainstore is Inactive/in draft/archived. Enabling this option will keep the listing active on your Reverb channel.

Inventory Rules: This option allows you to automatically calculate the inventory level to sync from mainstore to Reverb channel.
Quantity: This rule allows you to choose a certain percentage of current stock from Mainstore products to offer on Reverb listings
For No Managed stock listings (For those products which are set not to be stock managed on mainstore, quantity will be default sent out to LitCommerce as 0), you can set the quantity showing on Reverb at a fixed number when sync data from LitCommerce to Reverb store. The default number in the channel setting for this section is 999
Maximum Quantity: This rule allows you to set the maximum quantity displayed on a channel. This is a useful technique to create scarcity in your listings, hide how many you actually have from other sellers, and get around some channels’ selling limits such as Reverb.
Minimum Quantity: Setting a minimum number means that LitCommerce will display a minimum of X units no matter how many products you have in your central catalog. For example, if your available quantity drops to 0, but you have a minimum quantity rule of 5, LitCommerce will preserve your listing quantity at 5.
Automatically set the product on Reverb to out of stock when the quantity on the Mainstore reaches a certain number. This helps you to keep a backup stock to avoid over selling on multiple platforms.
For example, by default, if the value in this section is 1, the listing on Reverb will be set to Out of stock if the stock number on Mainstore reaches 0.

Order

This section allows you to control how the orders from Reverb will be imported to your mainstore by LitCommerce.

Unlinked order notifications: Only linked orders will be imported to the mainstore. If you enable this option, you will get a notification on LitCommerce if an order is imported to LitCommerce as an unlinked order.
Skip Unpaid Orders: All orders will be imported to LitCommerce when the Order sync option is ON. Enabling this option will ignore those unpaid orders on Reverb. Unpaid orders will not be imported, nor affect the inventory number on the mainstore.
Import Orders to MainStore: If you enable this option, LitCommerce will import new orders from Reverb to your main store and sync the order status between the two platforms. Only orders that happen after enabling this option will be imported.

Other Sync

SKU Sync: If you enable this option, the tool will start updating SKU from your mainstore products to linked listings on Reverb. This will override existing SKUs if you already have SKU on the Reverb channel.

Category Mapping (for Shopify mainstore only)

Once you enable the Shopify Product Type to Reverb Category mapping, you will be able to map a specific Shopify Product Type to a corresponding Reverb Category on Reverb system. This option will help to automate the category choosing process for each listing when listing products on Reverb. You can always add more different product types to map, each can be mapped to a category on Reverb. Once the mapping is set, and the channel setting is saved, the category will be automatically assigned to your Reverb listings/drafts based on these mapping rules.

Save Setting

Please click the “Save Setting” button at the bottom of the page. This will save all your adjustments and apply them to your Reverb channel.
