Start by giving your LitCommerce’s template a nickname so you can easily find it when needed. If you choose the template as default, it will automatically be applied when you create new eBay listings.

Next, set up all the necessary categories for eBay listing including Primary category, Secondary category, and eBay store category.

With the Primary and Secondary categories, just fill in the keyword on the search bar then choose the suitable one. With the eBay store category, select from the dropdown list the categories you need.

Moreover, with eBay, you can also set up the Format & Duration and Condition. Simply choose what you need with your eBay store.

Lastly, you need to map the eBay item fields to the correct product attributes in order to use product data in these fields.

3. Pricing Template

Pricing Templates allow you to tailor the pricing for all of your listings.

Making significant modifications to all items in your listing will be a lot easier using the eBay price template. Furthermore, the rule may be applied to a single listing that you require.

You have the option of increasing or decreasing the price by a percentage or by a particular amount. You may also use the override option to replace the existing price of the product with a new one.

Note: You can use the Price Rules feature for currency conversion if you’re selling overseas. To convert the currency, go to and search for the current exchange rate from your Main store currency to the currency of your sales channel.

If the rate is greater than 1, then substract 1 from the rate and multiply the result by 100. Choose Increase in the first box.
If the rate is smaller than 1, then substract the rate from 1 and multiply the result by 100. Choose Decrease in the first box.

Enter the result in the Price Adjustment section and set the unit to Percent (%).

Also, the Best Offer price can be adjusted using the eBay pricing template. Clicking in to turn on the Best Offer option. Just like with the Buy It Now option, you can increase or decrease the price by percent or real amount.

If you’re selling in the auction listing format, go ahead and adjust the auction price with the eBay pricing template. You can choose between the option of calculated price and override price, they both can be bulk edited by percent and a certain quantity.

To finish the price template and activate it from your central catalog, click Save.

Payment and Returns Templates are the simplest way to set up payment as well as return methods.

Starting by giving your template a nickname, you can choose it as your eBay default as well.

You can save your PayPal address and payment instructions in the Payment & Returns Template. If desired, you can additionally request Immediate Payment and include Sales Tax. Also, make sure to set up your handling time. In case your handling time is more than 5 days, you might have to prepare multiple payment templates to account for each expected Handling Time window.
