Setting up SKU Sync

What is SKU Sync?

The SKU Sync feature will update the SKUs of listings on your sales channels to match the SKUs of products in the Main store catalog. You can activate SKU Sync individually for each sales channel. Once activated, LitCommerce will begin updating the SKU of all listings on that channel to match the SKU of the product in your main store.

Please note that SKU Sync only updates the SKU of products from your main store to sales channels. If you update your listing SKU manually on your sales channel site, LitCommerce will not reflect the change in the system.
SKU Sync only works if the listing is linked to a product in your main store.

At the moment, the SKU Synchronization feature is available for the following Shopping carts/Marketplaces:
Shopping carts: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix.
Marketplaces: eBay, Esty, and Reverb.

How to enable SKU Sync?

To enable SKU Sync, please go to your channel under the Listing section on the left sidebar menu. Click on Channel Settings in the top right corner, and scroll down to the Other sync section.

After that, just turn on SKU Sync and click Save Setting from the bottom of the page to activate SKU Sync.

The SKU sync feature will override the existing SKUs in your sales channel. Please enable this feature only when you want to maintain SKUs in the sales channel exactly the same as in the Main Store.
With eBay channel: This setting will not work for products created from a non-LitCommerce application that uses the eBay Inventory API.
