Connection

Channel Name

You can edit the channel name displayed on the LitCommerce application by clicking on the box.

Amazon Seller ID

The Amazon Seller ID will be automatically pulled from Amazon once your store is successfully connected to LitCommerce.

Marketplace

This section displays which region your Amazon store is being connected to.

Status

This displays the status connection between your Amazon store and LitCommerce.

Click on Test Connection to verify the connection status.

Pricing

The Amazon Channel follows the basic Price Sync Options.

Inventory

The Amazon Channel follows the basic Inventory Sync Options.

Due to Amazon's policy, FBA inventory can not be synced from Main Store to Amazon.

Order

The Amazon Channel follows the basic Order Sync Options. However, Skip Unpaid Orders is not available.

Furthermore, by default, LitCommerce imports both FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders. Enable** Skip FBA Orders** to import only FBM orders.

Due to Amazon API limitations, some information cannot be imported or updated. View the image below to see the pop-up warning.

Other Settings

Deselect Products after Bulk Action

By default, when you select multiple listings in bulk and perform an action, the checkmarks will remain selected. Enable this option to clear the selections and prevent duplicate actions.

Sync to Main Store (for Square/Shopify/Shopline)

If your Main Store has multiple warehouse locations, select 1 warehouse to do the following:

Sync to Location: Update inventory in a specific warehouse when Amazon orders are imported.
Create on Location: Update stock in a selected warehouse when creating listings from Amazon to the Main Store.

Once completing the Amazon Channel Settings, save the configurations at the bottom.

The Syncing status will be displayed under the Amazon channel name.
