Quick/Auto list to Channel

In addition to the standard process that involves switching between multiple tabs, LitCommerce offers the Quick/Auto list to Channel feature, allowing you to streamline product listing from a single page.

Find this button on the LitCommerce All Products section or the LitCommerce Sales Channels.

Alternatively, access the Automated Listings section from the sidebar menu to use the feature.

This feature is available for the Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, Reverb, Facebook Shop, and Google Merchant channels.

It consists of three steps:

Step 1: Select Products

There are two ways to determine which products you will publish to the Channel.

  1. Select All Products from your Main Store

Use this option to add all products from the All Products section to the selected Channel.

  1. Select Products from your Main Store that match specific conditions

Filter and list selected Main Store products by applying one or more conditions below.

  • Product Category/Type/Collection.

  • Product Brand/Vendor.

  • Product Tags.

  • Product Status.

  • Stock Status.

Conditions may vary depending on your Main Store.

Only in stock products are included in the Quick/Auto list. Use the Minimum Quantity feature in the Channel Settings to also process the out of stock items.

Then, click Next to continue with the next step.

Step 2: Channel Listing Setup

This step displays the available Templates for applying to your listings. Types of templates vary depending on the Channels. You can either:

  • Add New Template: Create a completely new template for the selected listings. All required fields that are marked with a red asterisk (*) must be filled in.

  • Select a Template: Select a template from the available ones on your Channel.

Certain templates are required (e.g. Category Template, Shipping Template), while others (e.g. Pricing Template, Title & Description Template) are optional.

Apply the Pricing Template will override the price rules in the Channel Settings.

When all necessary information is provided, click Next to proceed.

Step 3: Save and Schedule (Optional)

This step lets you save the setup from previous steps for future use and schedule automatic publishing.

Enable the Save this setup for future use toggle to proceed.

Use the Schedule Name field to give the setup any name you prefer. This helps distinguish it from the others.

You can then set a schedule by turning on Activate automatic publishing and selecting the most suitable option for each field.

  • Update Frequency: Specify whether automatic publishing will run daily or weekly.

  • Time Zone: Specify a timezone.

  • Scheduled Time: Specify the time automatic publishing will be triggered.

LitCommerce will display the “Next scheduled update” time for double-checking the selected schedule.

After that, click Next to continue.

Step 4: Publish to Channel

This step provides a summary of the total listings being published to the Channel and the templates selected for them.

For the Etsy and Reverb channels, select the publishing status before listing the items.

When publishing on Etsy, check the box to confirm you are aware of Etsy’s selling fee.

After completing all the steps, click Publish To Channel to trigger the listing process.

If Step 3 is enabled, this action will save your automatic listing setup for later application. Find it in the Automated Listings section on the sidebar menu.

The number of schedules you can create equal to three times the channel limit of your subscription plan.

The following columns will be displayed:

  • Channel: Shows the channel that the schedule was created for.

  • Name: Shows the schedule name.

  • Schedule Run: Shows whether the schedule is set for automatic publishing.

  • Action: Shows the button Run Now for manually triggering an automatic publishing based on the schedule setup.
