Managing the Sales Channel
Let’s dive into how to manage your listings in the Sales channel.
Click on the desired Channel under the Marketplace dashboard on the Sidebar Menu.
If this is your first time setting up this channel, a step-by-step guide will help you determine your next steps, based on your use case.
To get started, select a scenario below that best describes your situation.
Use Case 1: I have products on my eCommerce platform, now I want to list them on my other channels and enable sync
Use Case 2: I have products on Sales channels, and now I want to import them into my eCommerce platform and enable sync
Use Case 3: I have the same products on both my eCommerce platform and my Sales Channel, I want to link them and enable sync
Once you have completed the steps in the chosen scenario, your listings will appear on the channel's dashboard and be categorized by status. Note that the statuses may vary by channel. Here's how your products will look on TikTok.
After completing the first step, you will be directed to the Single Edit Mode, where each listing is displayed in a table view for individual editing.
Toggle between Table View and Grid View for a preferred layout.
Adjust the pagination at the bottom to show up to 100 Listings per page.
Use Multi-Edit Mode to view, edit, and manage up to 50 listings simultaneously on one screen.
The Action List helps streamline listing management, eliminating the need to switch between LitCommerce and Marketplaces.
Listings created directly from the marketplace aren’t automatically imported to the application. To import them, use the Import from Channel button at the top-right of the channel.
The search and filter tools help you locate specific listings:
Search bar: Find listings by title, and SKU.
Link status: Identify unlinked listings that need to be connected to Products in the All Products tab. This ensures accurate synchronization of price, quantity, and other product details.
Sort by: Arrange listings in ascending or descending order.
More Filters: Perform advanced searches based on specific fields.
Tailor how you want to sync the information from the Main Store to the Marketplace in this section. Each channel has its own settings based on the marketplace’s specifications.
Access the Channel Settings by clicking the button at the top-right corner of the channel dashboard.
The settings will be applied to all listings in the channel. You can collaborate with the Template feature to set a specific condition for specific Listings as the Template will be prioritized.
If you have any questions, let us know via the Chat Box in the bottom-right corner of our Help Center.
