# How to list products on Reverb

This article provides a step-by-step guide to help you list products from your Main Store to Reverb using LitCommerce.&#x20;

The process transfers only products found in LitCommerce’s All Products section. Make sure to check that all your Main Store items are included, and import any missing ones if needed.

Further details can be found below.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Step 1: Add Draft listings to the Reverb channel from All Products**</mark>

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Go to the All Products section from the sidebar menu.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select the Reverb channel and click `Add As Draft Now`.

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

**You can list the listings in bulk. The `Add All Products To Channel Drafts` feature is available for paid plan users to help speed up the process.**
{% endhint %}

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Step 2: Edit Draft listings in the LitCommerce Reverb channel**</mark>

After completing the first stage, your listings will appear under the Draft tab in the LitCommerce Reverb channel. Listings with missing information will be marked with the `Missing Info` status.

<figure><img src="/files/oy0rzIJhUMIKKawMNfky" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can start filling in the required information by clicking on the title to open the listing details page.

<figure><img src="/files/pXQupF0tKH3anj6Dviw2" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The page consists of the following tabs.

* Product Identifiers/Variations Identifiers.
* Vital Info.
* Images.
* Pricing/Variations.
* Category.
* Shipping.

The data in the **Product Identifiers/Variations Identifiers, Vital Info, Images, and Pricing/Variations** tabs is automatically imported from All Products. You must manually review these details and complete all other required fields to comply with [Reverb's listing policies](https://help.reverb.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013231013-Listing-Standards).

<figure><img src="/files/jYVTs3z2lflCmly8A6nL" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (\*).

Let’s go through each tab below.

### <mark style="color:$info;">**Product Identifiers**</mark>

This tab includes multiple product identifier fields used to distinguish listings and help Reverb create new ones.

* SKU.
* UPC/Other product identifiers.

Reverb requires a unique SKU for each listing. Ensure this will prevent any potential error during the listing process.

<figure><img src="/files/M1SQzsI9fAZedze1YPpP" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

If your listing is a variant, this tab will appear as **Variations Identifiers**, displaying the parent product and its associated variations.

<figure><img src="/files/jMcSC7LfsfmPT1Vj6Bbl" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### <mark style="color:$info;">**Vital Info**</mark>

This tab consists of two required fields: **Title** and **Description**, each displaying the corresponding data from your Main Store. You can edit both fields to customize the content specifically for Reverb.

To give you more control over the product description, LitCommerce offers two toggleable editing modes:

* **Rich Text Editor:** Ideal for simple descriptions using basic formatting.
* **HTML Editor:** Ideal for complex layouts using custom HTML and CSS.

<figure><img src="/files/EK5UmzmlHCFWqoGMGD1D" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="success" %}
**Use the** [**Title & Description Template**](https://litcommerce.gitbook.io/litcommerce-helpdesk/marketplace-integration/supported-platforms/reverb/how-to-create-reverb-templates-and-template-rules#title-and-description-template) **to bulk edit product titles and descriptions. It populates these Reverb fields by mapping them to attributes from your Main Store.**
{% endhint %}

### <mark style="color:$info;">**Images**</mark>

This tab displays images retrieved from the corresponding Main Store product. Note that all images must meet Reverb’s image standards.

Images cannot be added directly to the Images tab in LitCommerce. To update them, make the necessary changes in your Main Store and use the `Load Images From Main Store` button to reflect them in your Reverb listings.

<figure><img src="/files/c2NiSnUrg16txBPCbJoM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="success" %}
**Simply drag and drop images in the Images tab to adjust their order. You can also remove the images by hovering over them and click `x` on the top-right corner.**
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/b4WqJrzhS329SveNqjdQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### <mark style="color:$info;">**Pricing/Variations**</mark>

#### <mark style="color:blue;">**Pricing**</mark>

This tab is only visible on simple listings. It contains two required fields: **Price** and **Quantity**, displaying the corresponding data from your Main Store and available for editing on item level.

<figure><img src="/files/AV4ZnloJ386axjg8VKfS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

If you are approved for [Tax Exempt by Reverb](https://help.reverb.com/hc/en-us/articles/41988346636571-How-can-I-submit-my-tax-exempt-information), enable this toggle to apply tax exemption for your Reverb sales.

<figure><img src="/files/BxI9eP9DfHICBPn7cusQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="success" %}
**You can adjust the information in bulk based on the Main Store data using rules in** [**the template**](https://litcommerce.gitbook.io/litcommerce-helpdesk/marketplace-integration/supported-platforms/reverb/how-to-create-reverb-templates-and-template-rules#pricing-template) **or the** [**LitCommerce Reverb Channel Settings**](https://litcommerce.gitbook.io/litcommerce-helpdesk/marketplace-integration/supported-platforms/reverb/reverb-channel-settings#pricing)**.**
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:blue;">**Variations**</mark>

This tab replaces the Pricing tab for variant listings. It displays each variation's SKU, attributes, price, and quantity.

<figure><img src="/files/zeGG00iPeCd2FT4zmY8S" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can delete unwanted variations from the listing by clicking the `Bin` icon. However, note that not all variations can be removed from the parent product in the LitCommerce Reverb channel.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Reverb does not support variant format. Once published, variant listings will be available as separate simple items on the marketplace.**
{% endhint %}

### <mark style="color:$info;">**Category**</mark>

The Category tab is essential during the listing process, as it helps provide buyers with key information about your items. Follow the steps below to proceed.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Select one or more Primary Categories from the available options. You can add up to two subcategories as long as they come from the same root.

<figure><img src="/files/kYwjjTrTzmztLMaC4bB0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Add or select a suitable value for each required field. Optional fields can also be entered.

<figure><img src="/files/ezw7fDVz5l1IcXp9K95H" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="success" %}

* **Utilize the** [**Category Template**](https://litcommerce.gitbook.io/litcommerce-helpdesk/marketplace-integration/supported-platforms/reverb/how-to-create-reverb-templates-and-template-rules#category-template) **to map the Reverb fields with the Main Store attributes for bulk editing.**

* **For Shopify and WooCommerce Main Store, you can use Category Mapping in** [**Channel Settings**](https://litcommerce.gitbook.io/litcommerce-helpdesk/marketplace-integration/supported-platforms/reverb/reverb-channel-settings#category-mapping) **to help streamline the process.**
  {% endhint %}

### <mark style="color:$info;">**Shipping**</mark>

Set up your shipping information using this tab. You can select the suitable Shipping Profile from your Reverb store.

<figure><img src="/files/NxYj4UAI5L0AkVPHp7h7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Alternatively, select the "None" option to set up your own Shipping Methods in LitCommerce.

<figure><img src="/files/gvwSpHVXPFvNuMX37eVj" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Step 3: Publish Draft listings on Reverb**</mark>

Once all the required information is completed on the listing details page, you can save and publish the listing on Reverb. Look at the bottom-right corner and click on one of the buttons below:

* **Save & Publish:** Save and publish all changes immediately on Reverb.
* **Save & Close:** Save the changes as a draft on LitCommerce and exit the listing details page.
* **Save Changes:** Save the changes and stay on the page to continue editing.

<figure><img src="/files/9G4B1bfR5ok13hrTScck" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="success" %}
**To publish multiple listings at once, navigate to the Draft tab on the Reverb channel, select the listings, and then perform the action `Publish to Reverb`.**
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/JwVPKXP8RUwj6mJkyGv5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After publishing successfully, the listings will be transferred from Draft to the Active tab.

<figure><img src="/files/LiFjkRuKCkjfQKATct9b" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
**If the provided information does not meet Reverb's requirements or policies, the listings will be moved to the Error tab.**&#x20;

**To resolve, open the listing details page, review the error messages, and make the necessary corrections before republishing.**
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/P7ctNKGiR8LPex8QE6mg" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Additionally, you can `Create Draft on Reverb` to review before it goes live. It will be displayed under the Draft in Reverb tab in LitCommerce.

<figure><img src="/files/squ1vkMQxZFPWGzNSATI" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="success" %}
**Alternatively, utilize the** [**Quick/Auto list to Channel**](https://litcommerce.gitbook.io/litcommerce-helpdesk/marketplace-integration/app-features/quick-auto-list-to-channel) **feature to help streamline the process.**
