Close your account

To close your account, go to Settings > Security  and click on “Close account”

Please be warned, by closing your account, you agree and allow us to:

Delete all products stored on the app

Delete all orders stored on the app

Delete all channels info stored on the app



However, you account email, subscription plans and purchased All-in-one/Custom services will not be deleted. All data in your Main store and connected channels will not be deleted. You can still login and start new fresh channel connections and continue your purchased services without any issue.
