The LitCommerce Marketplace Integration dashboard offers a unified interface for easily navigating between tabs and guides, and staying up to date on your account status, business performance, and app updates.

You will see the interface when logging in to your LitCommerce account or accessing the Dashboard section from the side menu. 

It contains the following elements.

Key sections

Guide for beginners

This section includes articles and video tutorials to help you list and sync products on your first connected Channel.

Click the arrow to open the section, complete the tasks, and track your progress here.

To Do

This section highlights all pending actions, color-coded by status, to ensure your data is correctly updated.

• Grey - Unlinked listings.
• Blue - New orders that have not been fulfilled.
• Orange - Unlinked orders.
• Red - Error orders.

Clicking each tab will direct you to the corresponding target for further actions.

What’s New

You can find the latest LitCommerce updates - including new features, platform changes, and announcements - in this section. Click the arrow to expand and view more details.

Your Current Plan

This section displays details about your current LitCommerce subscription, including the plan tier, type, price, and next billing date.

Sales Report

The report provides a line chart with an overview of your business performance, comparing two different time periods.

Toggle between Total Sales and Orders to view the corresponding data. For more information, click on View Details.

Total Listings

This section shows a horizontal bar chart that reflects the number of listings by channel, categorized by status.

• Blue - Active listings.
• Purple - Draft On Channel listings.
• Yellow - Draft listings.
• Red - Error listings.
• Grey - Unpublished listings.
• Black - Deactivated listings.

Hover over each bar to view the detailed numbers.

Recommended Apps

You can explore a selection of recommended applications curated to enhance your business performance here.

Others 

In addition to the dashboard, the sidebar menu contains several tabs to help you manage your LitCommerce account, such as All Products, Channels, Orders, and more.

You may also want to explore the options below.

Manage account options

To access these options, click the arrow next to your avatar at the bottom-left of the interface. The list includes Account Settings, Theme, and Chat Box.

Running process

Hover over this button to monitor background processes, such as product imports and listing updates.

Quick guide

Click the Video icon to view instructions and learn about the basic features of the LitCommerce Marketplace Integration app.

Notifications

Select the Bell icon to stay informed about the latest notifications, including order imports and plan limit alerts.
