How to list products on Shopee
This article provides a step-by-step guide to help you list products on Shopee using LitCommerce.
The process transfers only products found in LitCommerce’s All Products section. Make sure to check that all your Main Store items are included, and import any missing ones if needed.

Step 1: Add Draft listings to the Shopee channel from All Products
Go to the All Products section from the sidebar menu.

Select the products you want to list, click Select Action, and choose Add To Channel Drafts.

Select the Shopee channel and click Add As Draft Now.

You can list the listings in bulk. The Add All Products To Channel Drafts feature is available for paid plan users to help speed up the process.

Step 2: Edit Draft listings in the LitCommerce Shopee channel
After completing the first stage, your listings will appear under the Draft tab in the LitCommerce Shopee channel. Listings with missing information will be marked with the Missing Info status.

You can start filling in the additional information by clicking on the title to open the listing details page.

The page consists of the following tabs.
Product Identifiers/Variations Identifiers.
Vital Info.
Extended Description.
Images.
Pricing/Variations.
Category.
Shipping.
The data in the Product Identifiers/Variations Identifiers, Vital Info, Images, and Pricing tabs is automatically imported from All Products. You must manually review these details and complete all other required fields to comply with Shopee's listing policies.

Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
Let’s go through each section below.
Product Identifiers
This tab includes multiple product identifier fields used to distinguish listings and help TikTok Shop create new ones.
SKU.
GTIN/EAN/Other product identifiers.

If your listing is a variant, this tab will appear as Variations Identifiers, displaying the parent product and its associated variations.

Vital Info
This tab consists of the following fields.
Title: Display the product title retrieved from your Main Store. You can edit this field to customize the content specifically for Shopee.
SKU: Show the SKU retrieved from your Main Store.
Description: Display the product description retrieved from your Main Store. You can edit this field to customize the content specifically for Shopee.

Use the Title & Description Template to bulk edit product titles and descriptions. It populates these Shopee fields by mapping them to attributes from your Main Store.
Shopee does not support HTML tags in listing descriptions.
Extended Description
Extended Description is optional. It lets you include images in your listing descriptions to make them more engaging. All images must meet Shopee's description image guidelines.
Enable the Extended Description toggle to display the description box. LitCommerce will send the exact content entered in this box to Shopee and display it as your listing description.

Although the tab appears for all users, it only functions for whitelisted sellers. Reach out to Shopee Support to request whitelisting.
If both Description and Extended Description are used, the Extended Description takes priority.
Images
This tab displays images retrieved from the corresponding Main Store product. Only the first 9 images can be published on Shopee. All images must meet Shopee's product image guidelines.
Images cannot be added directly to the Images tab in LitCommerce. To update them, make the necessary changes in your Main Store and use the Load Images From Main Store button to reflect them in your Shopee listings.

Simply drag and drop images in the Images tab to adjust their order. You can also remove the images by hovering over them and clicking x on the top-right corner.

Pricing/Variations
Pricing
This tab is only visible on simple listings. It contains two required fields: Price and Quantity, displaying the corresponding data from your Main Store and available for editing on item level.

You can adjust the information in bulk based on the Main Store data using rules in the template or the LitCommerce Shopee Channel Settings.
Variations
This tab replaces the Pricing tab for variant listings. It displays each variation's SKU, attributes, price, and quantity.

Up to 100 options for a single variation type can be added. The total number of variation combinations across all types cannot exceed 100. Refer to this article for more details.
You can delete unwanted variations from the listing by clicking the Bin icon. However, not all variations can be removed from the parent product in the LitCommerce Shopee channel.
Category
The Category tab is essential during the listing process, as it helps provide buyers with key information about your items. Follow the steps below to proceed.
Search and select a Primary Category from the available options. This will show all relevant fields of that category.

Enter a suitable value for each required product attribute. Optional fields can also have value added.

Utilize the Category Template to map the Shopee fields with the Main Store attributes for bulk editing.
Shipping
Set up your shipping information using this tab. It consists of the following:
Domestic shipping: Enable any shipping channels you find suitable for your listing. These channels were set up in your Shopee Seller Center.
Weight and Dimensions: Enter a fixed value in each field.


Use the Shipping Template to bulk update data.
Step 3: Publish Draft listings on Shopee
Once all the required information is completed on the listing details page, you can save and publish the listing on Shopee. Look at the bottom-right corner and click on one of the buttons below:
Save & Publish: Save and publish all changes immediately on Shopee.
Save & Close: Save the changes as a draft on LitCommerce and exit the listing details page.
Save Changes: Save the changes and stay on the page to continue editing.

To publish multiple listings at once, navigate to the Draft tab on the Shopee channel, select the listings, and then perform the action Publish to Shopee.

After publishing successfully, the listings will be transferred from Draft to the Active tab.

If the provided information does not meet Shopee's requirements or policies, the listings will be moved to the Error tab.
To resolve, open the listing details page, review the error messages, and make the necessary corrections before republishing.
