# Exploring All Products

Let’s explore the All Products section, where all the products from your Main Store are stored in the LitCommerce system, to manage them more efficiently.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**How to access**</mark>

Navigate to this tab by clicking on All Products on the sidebar menu. After this, you will be taken to the Product List, where all imported/created products are displayed.

**There will be a one-time automatic import upon connecting your Shopping cart or File Main Store.**

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Product list overview**</mark>

The Product List is categorized into two main tabs:

* **In Stock**: Contains products with available inventory.
* **Out of Stock**: Displays products that currently have no available inventory.

Below the In Stock and Out of Stock tabs, Products are presented in a table format, offering essential details for streamlined management. They are organized into the following columns.

<table><thead><tr><th width="73">No.</th><th width="148">Column</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1</td><td><strong>Image</strong></td><td>Display the primary image selected in the Main Store.</td></tr><tr><td>2</td><td><strong>Name</strong></td><td>Name of the product as it appears in the Main Store.</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td><strong>SKU</strong></td><td>Stock Keeping Unit assigned to the product.</td></tr><tr><td>4</td><td><strong>Origin</strong></td><td>The platform logo indicates where the product was created/imported from.</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td><strong>Manage Stock</strong></td><td>Indicates whether the seller tracks and controls the inventory levels correctly in the Main Store.</td></tr><tr><td>6</td><td><strong>In Stock</strong></td><td>Indicates whether the product has a sufficient quantity for sale.</td></tr><tr><td>7</td><td><strong>Total Available</strong></td><td>Total available inventory across all Main Store locations.</td></tr><tr><td>8</td><td><strong>Variants</strong></td><td>The number of variants included in the product.</td></tr><tr><td>9</td><td><strong>Price</strong></td><td>The price of the products set in the Main Store.</td></tr><tr><td>10</td><td><strong>Sale Price</strong></td><td>The discounted price of the product set in the Main Store.</td></tr><tr><td>11</td><td><strong>Product Type</strong></td><td>The classification that describes a Product based on its function, purpose, or characteristics.</td></tr><tr><td>12</td><td><strong>Status</strong></td><td>Indicates the Product is Active or Inactive in the Main Store.</td></tr><tr><td>13</td><td><strong>Last Modified</strong></td><td>Date of the most recent update in the Main Store.</td></tr><tr><td>14</td><td><strong>Listed on</strong></td><td>The logo of the Sales channel that has a listing linked to this product. If there are multiple channels in the same Marketplace, they will be underlined with different colors.</td></tr></tbody></table>

**With Shopping cart or File Main Store, product details cannot be edited directly in the All Products tab. To make changes or add new Products, visit your Main Store.**

**With LitCommerce as the Main Store, you can create, add and manage product details** **directly in the All Products section.**

To view additional details of a product, click on the product title to open its individual Product Page.

* Manage the displayed Product fields with the `Columns` button:

* Toggle between `Table View` and `Grid View` for a preferred layout.

* Adjust the pagination at the bottom to show up to 100 Products per page.​

### <mark style="color:$info;">**Select Action**</mark> <a href="#id-3-select-action" id="id-3-select-action"></a>

This action allows you to list or remove the selected Products from the Product List.

**Purchasing a Paid Plan includes more options such as adding all products as drafts to the sales channels or updating the information from the Main Store to the All Products section.**

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Search and filter Products**</mark> <a href="#search-and-filter-products" id="search-and-filter-products"></a>

The search and filter tools make it easy to locate specific products:

* **Search bar**: Find products by title, SKU, collection, and status.

* **Sort by**: Arrange products in ascending or descending order.

* **More Filters**: Apply advanced filters to refine your search based on specific fields.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Syncing/Import Options**</mark> <a href="#id-1-syncingimport-options" id="id-1-syncingimport-options"></a>

Find the **Import from \[Main Store]** button at the top-right of the interface. Use it to manually import Products, with filters available for selecting specific Products.

Additionally, at the top-left of the All Products tab, you can find the syncing information from the Main Store to LitCommerce.

* **Last sync**: Shows the most recent time data for a product was synced from the Main Store to the All Products.

* **Auto Import New/Auto Update**: Toggle settings to enable or disable automatic updates from the Main Store.

**When using Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, Reverb, Facebook Shop, or Google Merchant as a sales channel, you will have access to the `Quick/Auto-list to Channel` feature.**&#x20;

**It can be found at the top-right of the interface and helps streamline the process of listing products from your Main Store.**

With LitCommerce as the Main Store, find the `Add New Product` button at the top-right of the interface to create products directly in the All Products section.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Settings**</mark> <a href="#id-1-settings" id="id-1-settings"></a>

Navigate to the Settings section to manage:

* Main Store name, URL, and connection.

* Automatic update configurations for syncing Products to the All Products tab.

* The `Complete Order Without Tracking Info` feature. It is only available for the Shopify Main Store.

* The `Set Unlisted Products as Inactive` feature. It is only available for the Shopify Main Store.
