Exploring All Products

Let’s explore the All Products section, where all the products from your Main Store are stored in the LitCommerce system, to manage them more efficiently.

How to access

Navigate to this tab by clicking on All Products on the sidebar menu. After this, you will be taken to the Product List, where all imported/created products are displayed.

There will be a one-time automatic import upon connecting your Shopping cart or File Main Store.

Product list overview

The Product List is categorized into two main tabs:

  • In Stock: Contains products with available inventory.

  • Out of Stock: Displays products that currently have no available inventory.

Below the In Stock and Out of Stock tabs, Products are presented in a table format, offering essential details for streamlined management. They are organized into the following columns.

Display the primary image selected in the Main Store.

Name of the product as it appears in the Main Store.

SKU

Stock Keeping Unit assigned to the product.

Origin

The platform logo indicates where the product was created/imported from.

Manage Stock

Indicates whether the seller tracks and controls the inventory levels correctly in the Main Store.

In Stock

Indicates whether the product has a sufficient quantity for sale.

Total Available

Total available inventory across all Main Store locations.

Variants

The number of variants included in the product.

Price

The price of the products set in the Main Store.

Sale Price

The discounted price of the product set in the Main Store.

Product Type

The classification that describes a Product based on its function, purpose, or characteristics.

Status

Indicates the Product is Active or Inactive in the Main Store.

Last Modified

Date of the most recent update in the Main Store.

Listed on

The logo of the Sales channel that has a listing linked to this product. If there are multiple channels in the same Marketplace, they will be underlined with different colors.

With Shopping cart or File Main Store, product details cannot be edited directly in the All Products tab. To make changes or add new Products, visit your Main Store.

With LitCommerce as the Main Store, you can create, add and manage product details directly in the All Products section.

To view additional details of a product, click on the product title to open its individual Product Page.

Manage Product list

Display Options

  • Manage the displayed Product fields with the Columns button:

  • Toggle between Table View and Grid View for a preferred layout.

  • Adjust the pagination at the bottom to show up to 100 Products per page.​

Select Action

This action allows you to list or remove the selected Products from the Product List.

Search and filter Products

The search and filter tools make it easy to locate specific products:

  • Search bar: Find products by title, SKU, collection, and status.

  • Sort by: Arrange products in ascending or descending order.

  • More Filters: Apply advanced filters to refine your search based on specific fields.

Syncing/Import Options

Find the Import from [Main Store] button at the top-right of the interface. Use it to manually import Products, with filters available for selecting specific Products.

Additionally, at the top-left of the All Products tab, you can find the syncing information from the Main Store to LitCommerce.

  • Last sync: Shows the most recent time data for a product was synced from the Main Store to the All Products.

  • Auto Import New/Auto Update: Toggle settings to enable or disable automatic updates from the Main Store.

With LitCommerce as the Main Store, find the Add New Product button at the top-right of the interface to create products directly in the All Products section.

Settings

Navigate to the Settings section to manage:

  • Main Store name, URL, and connection.

  • Automatic update configurations for syncing Products to the All Products tab.

  • The Complete Order Without Tracking Info feature. It is only available for the Shopify Main Store.

  • The Set Unlisted Products as Inactive feature. It is only available for the Shopify Main Store.
