<summary><strong>Why do the new variants added in my Main Store not show up on the sales channel?</strong></summary>

By default, LitCommerce will not sync new variations to the sales channel. However, they can be manually or automatically updated from the Main Store to the LitCommerce sales channel, depending on your setup. Below are the methods you can utilize:

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Manual update**</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">**Individual update**</mark>

The following steps guide you through adding individual variations from the All Products section to LitCommerce sales channels.

1. Go to the All Products section on the sidebar menu.

2. Search for the product containing variations that do not currently exist on the sales channel.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Use the `Variants Not Listed On Channel` filter to narrow down the number of products.**

4. Navigate to the `Variations` tab and hover over the circle icon next to each variation.

5. Select the target sales channel to add the variation to its corresponding channel listing.

<figure><img src="/files/SeXm3ucShziTeaI3S1QS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/nE9db9UiPVeCxxhUFgcf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:$info;">**Bulk update**</mark>

To update multiple variations more efficiently, use the bulk update feature available in All Products.

{% hint style="info" %}
**This feature is not available if the variant structure between the products in All Products and the corresponding channel listing does not match.**

**Channel listings in Draft or Error status will automatically use the latest variant data without needing to bulk create.**
{% endhint %}

1. Go to the All Products section on the sidebar menu.

<figure><img src="/files/oU6dp3ECXIbpI7Vy0URt" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

2. Search for the product containing variations that do not currently exist on the sales channel.

4. Reach the Variations tab, select the variations you want to add to the sales channel, and click `Bulk Create On Channel`.

<figure><img src="/files/pBUTmgmj4Vte1v91VsZI" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

5. Select the sales channel(s), then choose either `Create Only` or `Create & Publish`, and click `Confirm`.

<figure><img src="/files/HlG5DENyBzGdiMTd6paT" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
**If `Create Only` is selected, make sure to go to the corresponding channel listings in LitCommerce to perform `Update To Channel` or `Save & Publish`. This allows the tool to send the new variations data to the channel platform.**
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/K07dX87zgSELap5SdFhc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Alternatively, LitCommerce offers the `Load Variants From Main Store` action to reset the variations on the channel listing based on the Main Store variant data.

{% hint style="info" %}
**This feature is only available on the Etsy and TikTok Shop channels.**
{% endhint %}

Find it by selecting the target channel listings, clicking on `Select Action` and choosing the appropriate action.

Once done, perform `Update To Channel` or `Save & Publish` to update new data to the marketplace.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Automatic Update**</mark>

Enable LitCommerce to automatically update newly added variations from the All Products section to the tool’s sales channel using the `Auto Add New Variants` feature in the Channel Settings.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Support for this feature is limited to the eBay and TikTok Shop channels.**

**This feature only works when the Main Store products and corresponding Channel listings share the same variant attribute names.**
{% endhint %}

Ensure to `Save & Publish` or `Update To Channel` once the new variations are updated in the LitCommerce channels to send the new variations to the target platform.

<figure><img src="/files/7ZgCnuvLJYnmTfP37i9k" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="success" %}
**If other sync features are enabled, LitCommerce can automatically update the new variations on the marketplace.**
{% endhint %}
