Why do the new variants added in my Main Store not show up on the sales channel?
By default, LitCommerce will not sync new variations to the sales channel. However, they can be manually or automatically updated from the Main Store to the LitCommerce sales channel, depending on your setup. Below are the methods you can utilize:
Manual update
Individual update
The following steps guide you through adding individual variations from the All Products section to LitCommerce sales channels.
Go to the All Products section on the sidebar menu.

Search for the product containing variations that do not currently exist on the sales channel.

Use the Variants Not Listed On Channel filter to narrow down the number of products.

Click on the product title to open the product details page.

Navigate to the
Variationstab and hover over the circle icon next to each variation.

Select the target sales channel to add the variation to its corresponding channel listing.

Go to the corresponding channel listing in LitCommerce and perform
Update To ChannelorSave & Publishto push the new variation to the channel platform.

Bulk update
To update multiple variations more efficiently, use the bulk update feature available in All Products.
This feature is not available if the variant structure between the products in All Products and the corresponding channel listing does not match.
Channel listings in Draft or Error status will automatically use the latest variant data without needing to bulk create.
Go to the All Products section on the sidebar menu.

Search for the product containing variations that do not currently exist on the sales channel.

Use the Variants Not Listed On Channel filter to narrow down the number of products.

Click on the product title to open the product details page.

Bulk Create On Channel.

Select the sales channel(s), then choose either

If Create Only is selected, make sure to go to the corresponding channel listings in LitCommerce to perform Update To Channel or Save & Publish. This allows the tool to send the new variations data to the channel platform.

Alternatively, LitCommerce offers the Load Variants From Main Store action to reset the variations on the channel listing based on the Main Store variant data.
This feature is only available on the Etsy and TikTok Shop channels.
Find it by selecting the target channel listings, clicking on Select Action and choosing the appropriate action.

Once done, perform Update To Channel or Save & Publish to update new data to the marketplace.

Automatic Update
Enable LitCommerce to automatically update newly added variations from the All Products section to the tool’s sales channel using the Auto Add New Variants feature in the Channel Settings.
Support for this feature is limited to the eBay and TikTok Shop channels.
This feature only works when the Main Store products and corresponding Channel listings share the same variant attribute names.

If other sync features are enabled, LitCommerce can automatically update the new variations on the marketplace.
