Delete Store: Removing Your Data From LitCommerce
What is Delete Store?
Delete store refers to deleting the Main Store of your LitCommerce integration. Different from deleting your sales channels (which only deletes channel connections), this action removes all data and platform connections from your LitCommerce store.
If you use the Multi-Main Store feature (with multiple LitCommerce stores under one login), deleting a store will only affect the LitCommerce store you are on.
Taking this action will result in the following:
- All products associated with this store will be removed from the app.
- All channels connected to this store and their related orders will be removed from the app.
- This store's subscription plans will be cancelled (except for Main Store Wix), and the associated Main Store will be disconnected from LitCommerce.
When do you need to delete your store?
You may perform the Delete store action when:
- Changing your Main Store.
- Resetting your current LitCommerce store setup.
- Closing your LitCommerce account and removing all connected platforms.
How to delete your store?
Step 1: Locate the store you want to delete.
- Log in to your LitCommerce account.
- Select the LitCommerce store you would like to delete at the top-left of the main dashboard.
Step 2: Delete your store
- Go to
Settings
from the LitCommerce All Products tab.
- Select the
Delete this store
action.
- Check all the boxes and click
Next
.
- Enter the email address associated with your LitCommerce account and click
Next
.
After the above steps, you will find the following notification on the LitCommerce interface.
A Store Deletion Confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox (in some cases may be found in the Spam folder). Click Delete My Store
to complete the process.
If you have not connected any sales channels to your LitCommerce store, please navigate to the bottom of the setup interface to find the Delete this store
action, check the box, and click Confirm
to delete the store.
